Septic Tank Parts, Inc. offers only top quality aerators manufactured by Whirlwind, Flagg-Air, Medo, Secoh and Gast. Our aerators are excellent replacements for many top manufactures. Aspirated shaft, rotary vane, linear diaphragm and regenerative, oiless blowers and septic air pumps are used in an ATU or septic tank aerator to add oxygen and support aerobic bacteria. Many of our blowers and air pumps are used as after-market replacements for almost all major manufactures original equipment with some rotary vane, air pumps, regenerative ring blowers and linear diaphragm septic tank aerators being the same. The most important thing you can do to extend the life of your septic tank aerator is to be sure your defuser is open, the septic tank or aerator tank is pumped regularly (for a maximum of three to four years) to reduce back pressure on your ATU air pump, rotary vane, regenerative ring blower, linear diaphragm or aspirated shaft septic tank aerator. Specifically on the Secoh and Gast septic tank aerator the Flagg-Air requires you clean the shaft every three months. Read all instructions with your septic tank aerator purchase.
Repair Parts & Risers
Septic Tank Parts, Inc. carries only top quality repair parts for Flagg-Air, Medo, Secoh, Gast aspirated shaft, rotary vane, linear diaphragm, regenerative, oiless blowers and septic air pumps. Before purchasing a repair kit be sure your defuser is open and that the septic tank has been pumped (within three to four years) to avoid your septic tank aerator from being damaged. This may be the reason for failure especially with a 60, 80, 100, 120, 150 or 200 lpm rocking piston or diaphragm linear septic tank air pump or septic tank aerator. It is important to be sure the Flagg-Air aeration tank, (ATU) has not backed up sewage into the aeration tank damaging the Flagg-Air or other unit. Read all instructions with Flagg-Air, Medo, Secoh and Gast, Asperator Shaft, Linear Septic Air pump, oiless Regenerative ring blower.
Filters
Septic Tank Parts' filters are specifically designed for replacement of worn out filters for Medo, Secoh and Gast Rotary Vane oiless compressors, linear 60, 80, 100, 120 and 200 LPM and regenerative ring type blowers and septic air pumps. A clogged filter on your spetic tank aerator or ATU unit will reduce the life of your aerator.
Timers - Controls - Alarms
Septic Tank Parts' timers, controls and alarms are specifically designed for new or replacements for all brands we carry. Check the specific details to see which timer is right for your Flagg-Air, Medo, Secoh, Gast Rotary Vane or ring regenerative blower. The alarms are multi-purpose for septic tank aerators, linear diaphragm, Rotary Vane and ring regenerative blower but not the Flagg-Air model. The Flagg-Air model must use the P101FA Timer. The Bio Alarm will work with most Liberty, Zoeller and other sewage pumps on the market.
Lift Station Pumps
In addition to top manufacturers of sewage, effluent and grinder pumps, Septic Tank Parts, Inc. represents top manufacturers of check valves and ball valves for sewage and septic tank pump stations from Liberty Pump and Zoeller Pump Company. We have Liberty and Zoeller grinder sewage pump packages as well as effluent packages with sewage pump alarms, basins and controls. Both Liberty Sewage Grindesr and Zoeller Sewage Grinders and septic pumps are available as grinder pumps only for residential use without requiring a control panel. It is important that you pick the correct sewage (effluent or grinder pump) for your application and read the sewage pumps performance curve and electrical requirements for the proper sewage lift station pumps.
