    We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not satisfied with your Septic Tank Parts purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase. Please review the following policies for more information on returning merchandise to Septic Tank Parts

    Returning or Exchanging Items

    No merchandise returns will be accepted without RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) from Septic Tank Parts If you have a return, you must call us first at 1-800-778-1540 or Email us to receive your RMA#. No returns are accepted after 30 days from date of purchase. No returns are accepted if the merchandise is not acceptable by local Regulatory Authorities.

    All merchandise returns must be returned in new condition including all original packaging and paperwork in order to receive a refund or replacement product. Please note that we do not issue refunds on used merchandise. For an approved refund, we will credit the cost of purchased merchandise according to your method of payment, excluding shipping/freight charges. Return shipping/freight charges are assumed by you the customer and must be prepaid. Cost of shipping merchandise to Septic Tank Parts is not refundable.

    Restocking Fees

    Any product accepted for return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee (25% on risers, riser lids and all accessories) unless it is replaced with another product purchased from Septic Tank Parts This restocking fee is charged for the costs incurred by Septic Tank Parts for processing and handling of your returned order. This fee is waived only if we have sent you an item that you did not order.

    Special Offer Merchandise

    Septic Tank Parts sells some special offer or reconditioned items either through this ecommerce website or through other sales channels. This merchandise is sold "as is". Special offer orders or orders on reconditioned items are final and no returns or refunds on this merchandise will be accepted after sale.

    International Orders (Excluding Canada)

    All international orders are final. No returns or refunds on this merchandise will be accepted after sale.

    Alaska, Hawaii & Canada Orders

    Orders from Alaska, Hawaii and Canada adhere to the Return or Exchange Items policy stated above with the following exception. Import duties and/or other fees including shipping cost required to ship product to Septic Tank Parts will not be refunded and will be subject to all other return policies.

    Freight/Shipping Costs

    Customer assumes all freight/shipping costs when returning merchandise to Septic Tank Parts. Septic Tank Parts assumes freight/shipping costs for regular ground freight when shipping back to customer. If upgrade shipping method such as rush or air freight is requested by the customer, the additional shipping cost is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment.

    ORDER CANCELLATION

    In order to cancel your order, call Septic Tank Parts at 1-800-778-1540 or E-Mail us. We will make every effort to accommodate the cancellation of your order. Your order can not be cancelled however after your credit card has been charged and/or your merchandise has shipped from our warehouse. Refer to "Returning or Exchanging Items" for our policy for returning shipped items.

    DAMAGED PRODUCT

    If any product arrives damaged, save the shipping container and notify the shipper immediately. Please do not return damaged or broken products or you may not have a right to file a claim with the carrier. You must contact Septic Tank Parts within 3 days of date of purchase, we will need pictures of the damaged merchandise Emailed to us in order to back up the claim. We will then contact the carrier. We are not liable for consequential, special, or incidental damages.

    SHIPPING METHODS/COSTS

    UPS Ground, Fedex Ground, or USPS will be used to ship most items. Truck freight used for larger items and will require someone to be present with a fork lift to unload. Unless otherwise noted per product, this website charges shipping costs to your order at time of sale. Some products must be delivered to a commercial establishment only.

    PRODUCT COMPLIANCE & SUITABILITY

    Consumer is responsible for meeting federal, state and local codes. Septic Tank Parts assumes no liability for misuse of any kind of product by consumer or for incorrect installation of product by consumer as specified by OEM or for any damage caused by misuse of product by consumer.

    WARRANTY PROCEDURE

    If you receive merchandise that you believe does not perform to operating specification during the warranty period stated on product documentation call Septic Tank Parts at 1-800-778-1540. Do not ship merchandise to without authorization from us. We will determine if the product is defective. (Review the policies stated under Limited Warranty heading.)

    Defective Product

    If the product is determined by Septic Tank Parts to be defective and is within warranty period we will either replace the product with the same or similar product or repair product. Customer is responsible for shipping/freight costs for new or replacement, or repair products to and from our warehouse location.

    Non-Defective Product

    If we determined the product not to be defective, we will return the product to you. Customer is responsible for shipping/freight costs for new or replacement, or repair products to and from our warehouse location.

    SALES TAX

    This website charges sales tax only on orders with a shipping address within the US state of Missouri.
