Vane Replacement for Gast 1023 Pump

The AC393 Orange Filter Element is a replacement for the AC432 assembly. This filter maximizes and protects the performance of the Gast pump. Recommended change interval is every 6 months.

The K479 OEM Vane Kit for Gast 1023 Rotary Vane Compressor is used for Gast models 1023 and 0823 Rotary Vane Air Compressors.

Gast compressors provide many years of dependable service but due to continual wear over time some compressor components may need to be replaced in order to continue to provide the proper air flow. Instead of purchasing a new pump, you may need to just replace some internal components.

The AK510 Plastic Stem is the replacement end cap for Gast 23 Series Rotary Vane Compressors as well as the AT03 and AT05 models.

The Internal Filter for Gast Rotary Vane Air Compressors requires two filters per pump. The AK524 filter element is used on oil-less models with internal filtration which include models 0323, 0523, RV03, RV05, AT03, AT05, 0823 and 1023. Annual replacement is recommended.

The Gast 1023 Rotary Vane Air Compressor is a rotary vane type compressor/vacuum pump with an oiless operation, low maintenance, long lasting durable pump. The 1023 is a dual voltage unit which can be wired at 120V or 220V but comes pre-wired for low voltage.

The Gast 1023 Rotary Vane Air Compressor pump includes an internal muffler and filter silenced for quieter operation and a thermal protector to protect the motor from overheating and burning out.

The rugged Gast 1023 has a tough cast iron housing and sealed bearings providing a low maintenance and durable solution for just about any low pressure application.
